In the upper menu bar select Shop. This will take you to the product page for our unique SuperSpatula. Click on the Spatula and it will take you to the product information page. Click the link button ‘Add To Cart’ and it will take you step by step through the ordering and purchase process.
We make payment and shipping simple and easy. You may purchase either with your credit card or through PayPal. In the step-by-step purchase, the Cart page will give you the options, just click the link button of your preference. The Thank You page will appear with your order number and a summary/receipt of your purchase.
Your order will reach our online store immediately and it will be processed and shipped promptly. Shipping usually takes 7-10 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of purchase with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging in order for the return to be accepted. Call customer service for authorization number at (210) 392-8427. Please know that all returns will take up to 3 weeks for processing once the items are received. There will be a return fee of 20% for the restocking of each item returned.
The return fee is the responsibility of the customer submitting the request. For international returns the customer will be responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes that may be applied. These fees may be applied after the return has been completed
