If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the JoSpatch within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. There will be a restocking fee of 20% for each item returned. Customers are responsible for return postage. Call Customer Service for an authorisation number at 210-392-8427. Returns will take up to 3 weeks for processing once the items are received. International customers are responsible for postage, brokerage fees, duties, taxes and fees associated with international transactions.
